The Construction Robot was hijacked by the Union to obtain memories from androids. Its weaponry included construction tools such as a digging claw, a chainsaw, a drill, and a large nail gun. It is disabled by Big O with a single punch, as it was never designed for combat.

- The robot's eye bears a resemblance to the “mono-eye” used by Zaku II’s and other Zeon mobile suits from the Gundam franchise.
