Overview
The Eel was the result of genetic research. The Eel, believed to be a deity of the lake, fed on electrical energy and was in a slumber under the lake until Angel reactivated the dam's turbine systems. The "Water God" could fire an electric shock from its mouth. It was destroyed by Big O's Chrome Buster. The corpse was salvaged by the Paradigm City Science division and used to create the Hydra Eel.
